What went well?
-About 40 or so people attended (included those of the VCIC core group)
-Great presentation
-Everything went well together
-Great public official speaker
-Just enough information to want people want more
-Lots of time to talk afterwards
-Great interest
-Great feedback
-Good publicity
-Article in
What could have been done better?
-Not sure of reporter’s presence
-Article did not mention VCIC or the Victory Over Violence display
Would like to do the event again, maybe in

Need volunteers to help with display
Would like to find a place to hold around 80-100 people

Then have the actual workshop in February 2009
What is needed by the August meeting is a place and date in October to hold event
Event can take place on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during the week
