Review of Minutes – minutes are approved as
emailed.

Review of Finances: Ros – Frieda contributed $6, and Ros received
$24 for recycling. We now have a balance of $505 in the checking.
· Report on programs visited:
o Tim visited a number of pujas
o Percy went to full meetings

Business:
a. Location
i. Las Posas Cultural facility available which will hold up between 125-150 people.
ii. We can sell tickets to pay for the food and incidentals: $20.
iii. Bob will check on insurance requirements
iv. There is a stage
v. There are round tables
b. Caterers
i. Bob said La Tratoria would cater Kosher light dinners for $10-11 per person, including salad, main course $1.00 extra for desert.
ii. Percy will provide the salad and dressing
iii. Percy will provide up to 100 sets of dishware
iv. Bob will check on silverware, but Teri can probably borrow St. Columbas’ silverware
c. Date: November 5th
d. Program
i. Ros is working with Masako to obtain Taiko drummers
ii. Bob will check on a children’s choir
iii. Tim suggested that an LDS representative welcome the group
iv. Teri will talk to Ted Lucas about providing ambient entertainment

2. What do you value most about your present faith
3. What was your first experience with interfaith
4. What attracted you to your current faith
5. What was your first experience of a faith other than your own
6. What we you have in common with one another?
7. What can you share with us that would help us understand your faith?
e. Publicity: Teri will produce a flyer, and send a rough draft. Kellen will convert it to a PDF.
f. Tim and Kellen will ask Campus Interfaith about their participation on 8/17
