Introductions:

Report of Treasurer:

1)         The Feast of Faiths  

a. Sunday, October 17 from 4 to 6.

b. Location to be determined. HAS ANYONE FOUND A SITE or HAVE IDEAS FOR ONE?

i. Consensus seems to be that we need a building with tables and chairs.

ii. We could use St. Columba’s parish hall for $200. They have everything we need.

c. Save the date flyer completed.

i. Should we eliminate for CSUCI in second line?

ii. Change the bottom statement about the meal to A buffet of vegetarian, halal and kosher style meal will be served?

2) Service Project

a. It was agreed that we would participate in Helping Hands on Saturday, May 8.

b. Bob and Mark were going to investigate where to buy t-shirts and cost for purchase and screening.

c. Ideas for screening were to focus on word INTERFAITH but still include our name.

3) Possible forum on science and religion –  Idea came back from Campus Interfaith for forum called Religion and Evolution

a. Need date and location
