Business:

1)         The Feast of Faiths  

a. Sunday, October 17 from 4 to 6.

b. Location to be determined. HAS ANYONE FOUND A SITE or HAVE IDEAS FOR ONE?

i. Consensus seems to be that we need a building with tables and chairs.

ii. We could use St. Columba’s parish hall for $200. They have everything we need.

c. Save the date flyer completed and sent to Tim.

2) Service Project for Botanical Gardens to be in August. Ros to have suggested date.

3) T-shirts:  Bob Skelton has researched information on costs.  See attached.

4) Forum on science and religion –  We chose Science and Religion: Conflict or Coexistence at title

a.   Tim reported that Rabbi Lotker volunteered to lay out the terrain for the topic and suggested that we enlist representatives from various congregations to locate their traditions within the terrain and explain. VCIC thought this would be a good idea

c.   We suggest the evening of 2/6/11 at 4:30 on campus

d.   The group asked me to ask Campus Interfaith to nail down a location.  Next mtg is tomorrow June 23

5)   Kellen  will report on development of yahoo group.
