1)         The Feast of Faiths  

a.      Sunday, October 17 from 4 to 6.

b.      Confirmation for using Muslim worship center

c. Meal provision shared with mosque and VCIC

2)                  Service Project for Botanical Gardens to be in August.7 at 9 am

Gardens are on Gainsborough off Lynn Road in Thousand Oaks

Bring gloves and picnic lunch

4)                  Forum Title: "Science and Religion: Conflict or Co-existence

 Date and time: 2/6/11, 4:30-6:30

 Format: 

• We discussed a new format in which Mike Lotker, Janice Daurio, and perhaps a second professor would take 1 hour to present a general overview of the various positions that religions take relative to science

• We will follow this with a series of 3 minute presentations from representatives of various faith traditions and then q and a

 Campus Interfaith is concerned about the ability to get the community out to CSUCI and therefore we discussed the possibility of a second, community wide forum, perhaps 60-90 days after the 2/6 CSUCI forum.

 Please send me a nomination of someone that you feel could and is willing to represent your tradition during the second hour.

 Location: Kellen will make an exploratory contact with CSUCI.

5) Kellen  will report on development of yahoo group.
