Introductions:
Teri suggested that we do a full meeting every other month and a ˝ hour meeting with sharing every other month. The group agreed.
Report of Treasurer: $410 in checking.
Report of Service Project
The service project went well. There were 550 people who participated. They were directed by the head of Parks and Rec. Bob’s group shoveled bark on playgrounds. They also cleaned and painted the wooden surfaces.
The Ha Shoah service was well attended. The Torah transportation went well, there were no problems. Joan thinks that around 100 people walked.
1) The Feast of Faiths
a. Teri will send Tim an electronic copy of the save the date flyer and Tim will
broadcast it.
b. Teri asked Fr. Greg to ask the Vestry to approve our use of St Columbas’ parish hall. She will follow up.
2) Service Project in TO on Saturday, Ros will discuss moving this to August with the Botanical Gardens representative
3) T-shirts – Dave did the artwork. Teri will email Dave and get the template. Bob will explore the cost of the T Shirts for ~25.
4) Forum on science and religion – We chose Science and Religion: Conflict or Coexistence as the topic
a. Tim reported that Rabbi Lotker volunteered to lay out the terrain for the topic and suggested that we enlist representatives from various congregations to locate their traditions within the terrain and explain. VCIC thought this would be a good idea

d. The group asked me to ask Campus Interfaith to nail down a location.
Kellen suggested the development of a Yahoo group. The group gave Kellen a green light and she will report next month on progress.
